Sonam Lamba, who is popularly known as Vidya of "Saath Nibhaana Saathiya," seem to have found love. The actress is rumoured to be dating Sonal Handa of "Krishnadasi" fame. If reports are to be believed, Sonam and Sonal, who had worked together on "Balika Vadhu," have been dating for quite some time now.
"Sonal and Sonam have been dating each other since a while now. The couple met on the sets of 'Balika Vadhu' and hit it off instantly as friends," a source told India Forums.
While no confirmation has been made by Sonam, Sonal refuted the rumour claiming that he and Sonam are just friends. "It's not true. We are just friends also, I would never get married someone from the industry. I would go for an arrange marriage," Sonal said.
Besides this television couple, the small screen industry has seen several budding relationships this year. Rohan Mehra, who plays the role of Naksh on "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai," is reportedly dating his co-star Kanchi Singh for the past one month. Kanchi entered the daily soap after the storyline took a leap and is seen essaying the role of Rohan's on-screen cousin.
Siddhant Karnick and "Dream Girl" actress Megha Gupta, surprised their fans when news of them dating leaked out recently. While the fans of the "Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani" actor were still recovering from the sudden news, Siddhant threw another surprise by getting engaged to Megha in a private affair.
Ssharad Malhotra also found love this year after an ugly and much publicised breakup with Divyanka Tripathi last year.
