South Africa meet New Zealand at Twickenham in the first of the two all-Southern Hemisphere Rugby World Cup semi-finals this weekend. The Springboks and the All Blacks are both titans of world rugby, with two World Cup wins apiece, but which side will prevail?
New Zealand look unstoppable at the moment, scoring nine tries to demolish France 62-13 in the quarter-finals. With an astonishing record of 47 wins in their last 52 tests (a 90% winning record), the All Blacks will be red hot favourites to win on 24 October.
But South Africa always find a way to bring out their best performances on the biggest stage and do hold the distinction of being only one of two sides – the other being Australia – who hold a winning record against New Zealand in World Cup matches.
In this video, IBTimes UK sports editor Nick Howson previews the match and gives his predictions on who will emerge victorious.
South Africa vs New Zealand kicks off at 4pm BST on 24 October. Live coverage is available on ITV HD and BBC Radio 5 Live.
