Ever since the premiere of "The Royals" Season 2, the mysterious death of King Simon has been investigated and pondered upon in detail. Although this forms the crux of the plot, the show still hasn't revealed who killed the late monarch of England. However, we predict the upcoming episode (Season 2 Episode 9) will inch closer to revealing the actual killer.

In the promo for the upcoming episode, Ted Pryce (Oliver Milburne) is seen as one of the prime suspects in the death of King Simon. He confronts Jasper and warns him: "Whatever it is you're doing, stop. Now." When Jasper probes further into the late King's murder, Ted does not offer any information and simply says the guilty party is already serving time in jail.

However, we predict Jasper will not stop investigating. In the promo, Princess Eleanor's (Alexandra Park) former bodyguard provides certain crucial pieces of information to Prince Liam (William Moseley). The eldest son of King Simon narrates this to his sister, Eleanor, but she is dismissive of any intelligence that comes from Jasper. In fact, the princess finally confides in her brother and tells him of the birthday incident when Jasper and Mandy tried to steal the Kohinoor from her.

Will Liam stand up for his sister, or will he overlook Princess Eleanor's story? If Prince Liam does take Jasper off the case, how will the bodyguard prove his innocence?

Season2 Episode 9's synopsis reads:
