Rider Mania, the biggest and annual gathering of Royal Enfield riders, is set take place from 20 to 22 November in Vagator, Goa. The three-day fiesta is expected to draw more than 6,000 riders from across the country.
The event's theme revolves around the ride, camaraderie and music. This year's event will see the debut of dirt track racing training designed for the new Royal Enfield enthusiasts. The motorcycling events will include dirt track races, trials run, slow race, maze chase competition and cleanest motorcycle contest.
The entertainment events include arm wrestling and music. One of the major attractions of the previous Rider Mania was musical performances. The names associated for this year are Indian Ocean, Karsh Kale, Raghu Dixit project, Dualist Inquiry, F16 and DJ Nucleya. The venue, Vagator Hilltop, will have four places where non-stop activities will go on simultaneously for the participants.
Royal Enfield will also display the range of customisable gear and apparel during the event. Custom made motorcycles, designed exclusively for Rider Mania, will also be on display at a special enclosure inside the venue. The best designs will compete for the best custom bike of Rider Mania 2015 award.
The public unveil of the company's new product, the Himalayan adventure motorcycle, is also expected during the event. The motorcycle will be the first Royal Enfield product in the relatively new segment in India.
