Royal Enfield, the oldest motorcycle brand in continuous production, has launched its first exclusive brand stores in France and Spain, expanding its footprints in the countries. The Chennai-based manufacturer launched stores in Paris and Madrid, the capital cities of the countries.
The store in Paris is located at 98 Rue Baudin, 92300 Levallois-Perret and the Madrid store is situated in 29, Calle de Agustin de Foxa.
The Royal Enfield stores in Paris and Madrid will also retail motorcycle apparel and accessories collection that the company is promoting in the places they have their stores. At the launch, Royal Enfield also showcased its limited edition Despatch Riders motorcycle in three colours: Battle Green Despatch, Desert Storm Despatch, Squadron Blue Despatch.
Royal Enfield sells the Continental GT cafe racer, Classic 500cc in Battle Green and Desert Storm and Classic Chrome trims in France. The line-up also includes iconic motorcycle -- the Bullet -- which is the world's oldest motorcycle in continuous production since 1932. The Bullet 500cc available in black and forest green shades. The Spain portfolio includes the Continental GT cafe racer, Classic 500 and the Bullet.
Royal Enfield is expanding its presence in these markets with over 80 dealerships across France, and 25 in Spain. In France, the brand has registered growth of 60% in the first seven months of 2015 as compared to the same period last year and has plans of opening close to thre more such stores in 2016. In Spain, Royal Enfield reported a sales growth of 300% between January-August 2015, over the same period in the previous year.
