"Rocket League," the popular physics-based video game from Psyonix, has announced the release date of its most awaited feature, the Hoops mode. The new mode is expected to be released on 26 April for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
The Hoops mode update, according to the post on its website, is a game-type that has a dynamic basketball twist.
The post further noted that the game is free of cost and will also be bringing an optional Rocket League – NBA Flag Pack for $1.99. This new optional update gives players access to all 30 NBA team flags.
"Rocket League" has over 14 million players across the platforms, VentureBeat reported.
Meanwhile "Rocket League" is doing cross promotion of "Euro Truck Simulator," with its developer adding Octane Battle-Car as a dashboard toy and the official Rocket League ball as a rearview mirror hang. "Rocket League" will get Euro Truck Simulator Rig Antenna.
Similarly, cross promotion for "Goat Simulator" will add G2 Robot Antenna and the Goatenna to "Rocket League," whereas "Goat Simulator" received a new "Rocket League" game mode within the PAYDAY DLC.
