Popular physics-based soccer game, "Rocket League" received its long-awaited April update that brings a new basketball mode, called Hoops. This patch 1.17 was released free of cost to PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
Apart from the new update, players of "Rocket League" will also be getting an optional NBA Flag Pack for $1.99, which will give players access to all the 30 NBA team flags.
Even if the players do not opt for the optional update, Psynoix, the game developer, will give out a free NBA Logo flag to anyone who downloads the new Hoops update.
As noted in the earlier report, where some of the features in the April update were discussed, this new patch 1.17 allows players to auto-save in between the game, it gives the ability to name and rename the Replays, a new Cosmic Arena is added to the Rocket Labs playlist, and a number of bugs were also fixed.
The DLC also gets Dunks stats. The update fixed issues like shaking of the camera when in Players' View, when using it in the disabled option and the rare issue where the ball would exit the area by mistake.
The patch 1.17 mentions addition of Community Flags, Country Flags, NBA Teams, Video Games and Toppers.
