Robert Pattinson-FKA Twigs relationship seem to be going through a rough phase as rumours about the couple having called off their engagement have gone viral again. According to the latest reports, fights, arguments, busy working schedules and long-distance dating have made things worse for the "Twilight" actor and his fiancé.
The latest buzz doing the rounds on the web suggests that Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs have reportedly cancelled their wedding for good as they have been finding it hard to strike a balance between their professional and personal lives.
Rob and FKA have apparently been on a long-distance relationship status ever since Rob began filming "The Lost City of Z" and now it has become so hard for the two of them that they decided to formally break-up on 28 October, reported Hollywood Life.
"FKA called Rob on his first day of filming to tell him that she couldn't visit because of her busy schedule. He let her know he wasn't happy about it. And FKA lost her temper, and yelled at him to stop complaining and hung up on him," a source said.
After the argument on his first day of filming, Robert and FKA went into no-speaking-to-each-other mode for a long time and this is when the couple decided to end their relationship, call off their engagement and cancel the wedding.
The report further stated that the break-up news hasn't upset Robert's family as much because they weren't anyway happy with Rob's decision of marrying Twigs. "They don't think she's right for Rob," a source said.
In fact, even earlier there have been reports suggesting Rob's parent never wanted this relationship to progress because they don't quite like Twigs' "raunchy on-stage persona and her piercings and tattoos".
Well, for once Twigs' fans can stop blaming Kristen Stewart for issues she is having with Robert.
But FKA would also be upset because somewhere at the back of her mind, she wanted to settle in and experience motherhood.
"I'm quite traditional. I'm actually quite happy with the format. I'm quite happy to say, 'Go to school, work hard on your GCSEs, do your A-Levels, get married, have children. Send your kids to a nice school. Make sure you're in the right catchment area,'" she had said in her interview with Paper Mag.
Well, we will know whether this report is real or not only when Robert Pattinson or FKA Twigs make a formal announcement.
