India men's hockey team have played two matches so far in Rio 2016 Olympics, defeating Ireland and losing to Germany, but they need to get back to their winning ways as the team prepares for a crucial clash against Argentina on Tuesday.

India currently lie on fourth place in Group B of the men's competition, while Argentina are placed in third place with one draw and a win. The winner of the match has a good chance of increasing their prospects of reaching the quarterfinals of the competition; hence both teams are expected to have a huge go at one another to emerge victorious.
Roelant Oltman's men came up with a stupendous performance against the reigning champions, Germany. Though India lost the close contest, there were plenty of encouraging signs, and they can use that performance as a morale booster for matches ahead in the Rio Olympics.
As of now, they must focus on Argentina. There is a serious need for India to find a way to score field goals in Rio Olympics, which seems to be a point of concern. All the goals scored in the competition for India have resulted from penalty corners.
They need to be much more creative in the final third, and try to unlock their opponent's defence. India possesses players like SV Sunil, who can use his pace and dribbling skills, and he should be fed precise balls more often by midfielders such as Sardar Singh.
As of now, the forward has not been able to score any goal. Indian fans will be hoping for an amazing performance not only from Sunil, but also from Akashdeep Singh, who has blown hot and cold so far.
The match between India and Argentina is not going to be any easy, with the South American team having played some outstanding hockey in the competition so far. They started Rio 2016 brightly, drawing against one of the best teams in the world, the Netherlands, which must have taken their confidence to another level.
They followed that performance with a quality win over Canada, the score board reading 3-1. Argentina will be keen to produce a similar result on Tuesday, but they will have to overcome a heartbroken Team India, who will want to erase their Germany loss with a win.
India vs Argentina men's hockey is scheduled for a 7.30 p.m. IST (11a.m. local time, 3 p.m. BST) start.
