Rima Kallingal's Ellarum Aadanu against fascism and intolerance gets positive response [VIDEOS]

Kochi is all set to witness a mass dance programme named "Ellarum Aadanu" (Everybody Dance) in order to protest against fascism and intolerance in the society.

The Manushya Sangamam event will take place at Ernakulam Town Hall on Saturday and Sunday, 19 and 20 December. Malayalam actress Rima Kallingal and her team Mamangam have choreographed a dance for the mass event. The team has also circulated a video with dance steps on various social media platforms for people who might like to participate in the event.

The event will also be attended by CK Janu, Leela Manimekhala, Mythili, Srinda, Rashmi Satheesh and Muthumani among others.

"I stand with 'People against Facism' because I believe we humans are supposed to live, grow and prosper together. And I will stand against any force that divides us on the basis of cast, creed, religion, politics, gender, colour, sexual orientation or whatever reason be. Let's stand together. Let's dance together. See you all on December 20th, Town Hall, Kochi. Love and respect," Rima recently posted on her Facebook page.

She has also shared the video with dance steps, which all the participants of the event have been asked to learn. The interested participants can upload their video with the same dance steps using the hashtag â€ª#‎എല്ലാരുംആടണ്‬ (Ellarum Aadanu) and the initiative has been getting positive response from people in the city.

The team also had a public rehearsal on 16 December at Ernakulam Durbar Hall Ground that saw the presence of many participants.
