After previous instalments of "Fantastic Four" did not do so well in the box office, producers decided to keep everything about the rebooted version of the film under wraps. But an accidental leak of the film's posters released abroad revealed the face of "The Thing", much to the delight of the fans awaiting the August 7 release.
Neither the official trailers nor the posters of the movie released by the producers so far had revealed the face of "The Thing" or the main villain in the movie. The trailer of "Fantastic Four" showed "The Thing" emerging out of a block of stone and the fans did not get to see the character emerge fully in the video. But now, thanks to the image posted on Instagram, fans can see how he looks after the transformation is complete.
The poster also shows the four superheroes standing next to each other. Miles Teller as Reed Richards, Kate Mara as Sue Strom, Michael B Jordan as Johnny Storm and Jamie Bell as "The Thing".
Ben Grimm, also known as "The Thing", is one of the strongest members of the "Fantastic Four." And he will acquire a near indestructible body and super strength when he travels to another dimension in the movie.
The superheroes will need their powers in order to take on a super-villain in the movie, who is described as an "uprising tyrant". The role of Victor Domashev, better known as Dr Doom when he turns into the villain, will be played by Toby Kebbell in the upcoming movie.
A previous report by HollywoodLife showed leaked images of the main villain in "Fantastic Four" from the production set of the movie. The image reveals the costume of Dr Doom in the movie that shows the classic look of the villain, with the mask as well as the hood.
The "Fantastic Four" reboot is slated to be released on 6 August, 2015, in Australia, UK and New Zealand. Fans of the franchise in Canada and the US will be able to watch the movie in the theatres on 7 August.
