French auto-maker Renault will pull the cover off its new MPV Lodgy in India anytime from now. Now, days ahead of its possible launch in India, coming our way is a new set of images of Lodgy MPV, detailing key specifications of the model.
Thanks to the MotorBeam reader Rahul Appina for snapping the top-end RxZ variant of regular Lodgy. We have reported earlier that Renault will be bringing both Lodgy and its top-of-the-line Stepway variant in India.
From a visual stand point, the new Lodgy come sans skid plate and side-body cladding and gets chrome finished grille with side claddings. The interior of Lodgy gets dual-tone finish with piano-black centre console.
As for features, Lodgy's list includes steering-mounted controls, touchscreen infotainment system with USB, AUX connectivity and rearview camera with reverse parking sensors. The engine line-up of the model will see 1.5-litre dCi four-cylinder diesel engine, which can churn out 85 PS and 110 PS of power outputs.
Once it hits the market, Lodgy will be competing against the likes of Honda Mobilio, Maruti Ertiga and Chevrolet Enjoy and if rumours have their say, Lodgy will fall in the price range of ₹8- ₹11 lakh.
The Stepway variant of Lodgy in India will feature skid-plates at the front and rear end, side-body cladding, rear-parking sensors and chrome grille with the 'Logdy' badging.
