Actress Regina Cassandra has denied the reports that she is sporting bikini in Krishna Vamsi's movie. She has also ruled out the reports about her item number in megastar Chiranjeevi's 150th film.
Regina Cassandra is one of the most happening actresses down south, following the success of "Subramanyam for Sale." Today, she has over six exciting projects in her kitty. Several speculations linking her with some big-ticket movie are also doing the rounds. There is so much buzz surrounding her that the actress herself is surprised over some rumours.
Of late, it was rumoured that Regina Cassandra would don a bikini in Krishna Vamshi's next movie titled "Nakshatram," also starring Sundeep Kishan. The actress admits that the director asked her about doing a bikini scene, but she says the she is not sure whether the film has such a scene.
"I myself don't know if it's happening or not but everyone seems to be so sure about it. Krishna Vamsi casually asked me if I'd be game to wear a bikini. I said 'I don't mind... but you'll have to tell me a month before so I can prep for it.' And the next thing I know it's all over the internet! I was baffled," Regina told the Times of India when quizzed about her bikini scene in Krishna Vamsi's film.
It was also rumoured that Regina Cassandra would feature in an item song in Chiranjeevi's 150th film "Kathilantodu." The actress says none from the film unit has approached her with an offer. "No one even approached me," she told TOI, when asked about the item number in Chiru's landmark movie.
Meanwhile, Regina Cassandra also made it clear that she would never do an item number, as she does not have the much-needed oomph. "I don't see myself doing item numbers at all. It's really not my thing. I love dancing but I don't think I have the oomph to be an item girl," the actress added.
