Speculations are rife that Bethenny Frankel may not be a part of the 11th season of Real Housewives of New York City (RHONY).
Frankel is reportedly grieving the loss of her boyfriend, Dennis Shields, 51, who died due to Oxycodone overdose on August 10. This could be the reason why the reality TV star has still not yet signed the renewed contract of RHONY.
"It has been a tough time for her and she is just trying to mourn the loss of Dennis right now. She hasn't thought about when she'll be ready to get back to work yet," a source told US Weekly. "Bravo is being totally understanding of the situation and they are giving her space to grieve and letting her make the decision of when the right time is for her to return."
In the RHONY reunion, the other co-stars did not have anything good to say about Frankel. In fact, they slammed her for being 'mean'. But it's not just the current co-stars who dislike her, according to HollywoodLife.
Former housewife, Kelly Bensimon called Frankel a b***h while having a chat with Radar at WEtv's party at the Skylar. "A lot of bad things are happening to Bethenny, but that does not give her the right to be a mean b***h to other people," she told.
Fans are quite aware of the Twitter war that the two housewives had in the past. Frankel had tweeted about all the cast members being fired except her. Well, Kelly hit back saying, "Dear #RHONY fans. I'm obsessed with facts. I was not fired. Bravo is a business. We made a deal which I agreed to. I apologize for any of the ladies who speak without facts. I got you."
"I don't like when people do a disservice to the fans by lying. Bethenny is like the last word on everything that happens at Bravo. Bravo can do that. They don't need to have her do PR for them."
Kelly thinks that the Skinny girl founder should relax at home and just take care of her children. "Maybe taking a step away from Housewives would be good for her," she added.
