The rivalry between the cast members will come to a head in the latest instalment of Bravo TV's
"Real Housewives of Atlanta." The first of three-part reunion special (Season 8 Episode 16 titled "Turning Over a New Peach") will offer closure to those who want to know how the Kim Fields-Kenya Moore feud will end.
When Season 8 episodes were aired, fans of the show watched cast member Kenya spread rumours about Kim's husband's sexuality. She alleged that Christopher Morgan was gay. This fuelled Kim's anger and it remains to be seen how the two will resolve their problems.
In his response, Christopher said on his Instagram account, "Coworkers. I know who and what I am. So does my wife. Tired, lonely, desperate things come out of people that want what you have. Did you see ANYONE dare say any of that crap in my presence?"
This sentiment is perhaps felt by his wife as well. Reports suggest that Kim and Kenya had to be kept away during the filming of reunion special. A Star Pulse article claimed that the two reality stars sat far away from each other and the security had to be tightened to stop them from fighting.
However, the two reportedly started fighting once host Andy Cohen started talking. A Fashion & Style article claimed that Kim asked Kenya some very tough questions because the rumours affected her family. "[Kenya] said she didn't think the cast really cared either way if her husband were gay or whether or not they were having tax problems or any other kind of problems," a source said.
The Season 8 reunion will also hint at more marriage troubles. The upcoming episode will reveal what's in store for Cynthia Bailey and husband Peter Thomas. According to an Enstarz article, Cynthia will leave her husband after Season 8. Although the reason isn't yet known or confirmed, a source told the website that she doesn't want her marriage to be played out on television.
"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" Season 6 Episode 16 airs Sunday, March 6 at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
