The Reserve Bank of India Wednesday fixed the reference rate for the U.S. dollar at 52.1650 rupees and the euro at 69.4735 rupees.
The corresponding rates of dollar and euro for the previous day (Nov. 29) were 51.9308 rupees and 69.3658 rupees respectively.
Based on the reference rate for the US dollar and middle rates of the cross-currency quotes, the exchange rates of British pound as against the rupee is 81.2887 as against 80.6226 on the previous day (Nov. 29) and that of Japanese yen is 66.93 as against 66.55 the previous day.
