Hindi music composer Ravindra Jain, who was admitted to Platina hospital in Nagpur after he fell ill, has been shifted to Wockhardt hospital and is on ventilator support, reports said.
The legendary singer, who came to Nagpur for a concert on Sunday, could not leave for Mumbai as he suffered a paralytic stroke. He was also diagnosed with kidney infection.
Jain started his career in the 1970s and composed music for films such as Chor Machaye Shor (1974), Geet Gaata Chal (1975) and Chitchor (1976).
