Rava Laddu
Ingredients
Rava (Semolina) - 1 cup
Milk - 2 tbsp
Sugar -3/4 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Raisins
Cashew nuts
Cardamom powder a pinch
Method:
1. In a pan add ghee, once the ghee turns hot roast cashew nuts and raisins. Keep it aside.
2. Add the remaining ghee & Roast the rava until you get a roasted aroma & it is turning lightly golden.
3. Once Rava roasted add Sugar & mix it well. Add Roasted cashew nuts, raisins & cardamom powder & mix it well.
4. Turn off the stove, add 2 tbsp of milk & mix it well. Allow it to cool slightly. Once cooled rolling in to laddu.
