And with his bald look, Singh is making public appearances for the promotions of his upcoming film "Kill Dil" along with the other casts of the film, including Parineeti Chopra, Ali Zafar and Govinda.
But, there is a secret behind his baldness, which the "Kill Dil" actor has been hiding under his hat.
During a recent interaction with the media for "Kill Dil" promotion, the actor had revealed a little more about his baldness. The secret that he has been hiding is a braid, according to a report in PinkVilla.
Singh, under his hat has his tiny Brahmin braid amidst all the baldness. The actor will be seen as a Brahmin warrior Bajirao in the film.
Bhansali's magnum opus "Bajirao Mastani" also features Singh's alleged girlfriend Deepika Padukone in the lead. The film also has Priyanka Chopra in a supporting role.
"Bajirao Mastani" is a period drama and is based on the love story of warrior Peshwar Baji Rao, who ruled from 1720 until his death and his second wife, Mastani.
Singh will be seen as Maratha general, while Padukone will be portraying the role of Baji Rao's second wife, Mastani. Chopra will be seen in a supporting role as Rao's first wife, Kashibai.
Although "Bajirao Mastani" will essentially revolve around Singh and the "Happy New Year" actress, the story of Baji Rao's troubled first wife Kashibai has a crucial part in the film.
"Bajirao Mastani" is Bhansali's dream project, and will be shot extensively across Rajasthan, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. The film is scheduled to release worldwide on December 2015.
