Bollywood's next superstar Ranbir Kapoor attended a special screening of his latest release "Besharam" on Tuesday evening.
The action comedy, which was released on the Gandhi Jayanti holiday, garnered negative reviews from critcs and audiences.
The special screening was organised by the film's team and was attended by several B-town celebrities including Sonu Sood, Kunali Kohli and others.
Director Abhinav Kashyap, who shot to fame with the blockbuster film "Dabangg", greeted the stars who attended the special screening.
Among those who were spotted at the screening event are the film's lead actress Pallavi Shardha, Jaaved Jaaferi, producers Himanshu Mehra, Sanjeev Gupta, Sanjeev Lamba, CEO, Reliance Entertainment, Sonu Sood, Himani Shivpuri, music director Lalit Pandit and playback singer Abhijeet.
"Besharam" is Pallavi's first film where she plays a lead role. The Australian-born actress has previously worked in films like "My Name is Khan" and "Love Breakups Zindagi".
Released in more than 3600 screens, "Besharam" was one of the most-awaited films featuring Ranbir as it is the first time he has shared screen space with his parents - Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor. Unfortunately, the film turned out to be a big box office dud.
