Bollywood's alleged couple - Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, are currently in the spotlight with the paparazzi tracking their every move.

While the media and fans are in a frenzy over the photos of them holidaying abroad, Ranbir's parents Rishi and Neetu are apparently unhappy with the exposure.

According to reports, the star parents are not too pleased seeing Ranbir's personal life going public. Ranbir and Katrina were clicked in Ibiza, Spain, and then in Sri Lanka. His mother Neetu seems especially miffed over the photos as she believes it might affect his career.

"Ranbir's parents have never reacted very well to news about their son's dalliances. They feel this will affect his professional life," Mid-Day quoted a source as saying.

The tabloid even noted Rishi's disgruntled reaction. "I don't subscribe to this nonsense," he said when asked of the photos in a telephonic interview.

It is no secret that Ranbir's long list of relationships have been under parental scrutiny, more so from Neetu as in the case of his relationship with Deepika Padukone and Kingfisher model Angela Johnson.

While Ranbir's parents continue to fret over the photos, his ladylove Katrina Kaif seems overjoyed to make their romance public, claimed the actress' loyalists reported a website.

It is believed that the "Ek Tha Tiger" actress is ecstatic with the leak as it shot down the alleged rumors of Ranbir and Deepika rekindling their romance during the "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" promotions.

Much had been said and speculated of Ranbir-Deepika's chemistry with references to Ranbir's possessiveness to his ex-flame and the pair's onscreen chemistry. The rumours have apparently caused unrest with Katrina, who with the recent revelations of the photos proved otherwise.

Ranbir and Katrina were also pictured together attending a David Guetta concert in Spain. Recent reports suggest that Katrina is accompanying Ranbir to Sri Lanka where he will shoot for "Bombay Velvet".

Katrina is on a break ever since the "Bang Bang" shooting was stalled with co-star Hrithik Roshan recuperating from a brain surgery.
