Anurag Kashyap's crime thriller "Raman Raghav 2.0" opened to a positive response from all quarters on June 24. Bollywood celebrities, who watched the special screening of the movie, praised the film and the actors' brilliant performance.
The film is said to have done justice to its genre of the crime thriller. In fact, critics have praised the film and said that the story will keep you glued to your seat, though it has an unexpected climax. After the debacle of "Bombay Velvet," it looks like director Anurag is back in the game with Nawazuddin and Vicky Kaushal-starrer.
The thriller drama is inspired from the life of notorious serial killer Raman Raghav, who murdered many people in the mid-1960s. The psychopath killer was later nabbed and sentenced to life imprisonment, but he died due to kidney failure in Yerwada Central jail, Pune.
The "Masaan" actor plays a drug-addict cop and his performance will definitely blow your mind. On the other hand, Nawaz's scary character will give you goosebumps. The background score of the movie is said to be superb and it helped the director heighten the intensity of many sequences in "Raman Raghav 2.0"
