Mega Power Star Ram Charan Teja and his wife Upasana seem to have finally made up their mind to start their family.
Upasana Kamineni is the granddaughter of Prathap C. Reddy, the Executive Chairman of Apollo Hospitals. She is the vice-chairman of Apollo Charity and chief editor of 'B Positive' magazine. Ram Charan and Upasana got married on 14 June 2012 at the Temple Trees Farm House. Mega fans have been eagerly waiting to hear 'good news' from the couple.
A month after actor Allu Arjun's wife delivered a baby boy in April 2014, it was rumoured Upasana was pregnant with Ram Charan's first child. But the speculations were put to rest following her public appearance with her hubby at the wedding reception of producer Dil Raju's daughter Hanshitha on 5 May.
Ram Charan and his wife Upasana were asked about starting their family on several occasions, but the actor was evasive about it. "I don't feel grown up enough to take on the responsibility of fatherhood," the actor had then told The Times of India.
Now, in a chat with TOI, Upasana made a subtle hint about going the family way. "In the past, I used to get scared at the thought of having a baby because I might put on too much weight. But I am not scared anymore," she told TOI.
"I am currently training under an international fitness expert who specialises in prenatal and post-pregnancy fitness. Having understood the dos and don'ts during that specific time frame, I don't think I am scared to have a baby anymore," she added.
Post marriage, Ram Charan could not take a big break as he was busy shooting for two projects "Naayak" and "Thoofan". After releasing these movies he was busy with the production of "Yevadu" and "Govindudu Andarivadele". He was not able to give enough time for his personal life. Currently, he is working on Srinu Vaitla's untitled project featuring Rakul Preet with him.
