Mega Power Star Ram Charan, who is now in Bangkok, is undergoing rigorous training in martial arts for director Srinu Vytla's "My Name is Raju".
The tentatively titled movie "My Name is Raju" is touted to be a mass entertainer and Ram Charan will be seen as a stuntman in the movie, which has story and screenplay by hit-writer duo Kona Venkat and Gopimohan. The mega power star is leaving no stone unturned to prepare for his role.
Ram Charan is reportedly being trained in Thai martial arts. The Jaika stunt team, which has trained several Bollywood and Hollywood actors in the past, is training the actor. "The film is going to have some breathtaking action sequences.Ram Charan was keen on training in mixed martial arts to make it all seem more realistic," The Times of India quoted a source as saying.
The actor is on a fitness regimen and is doing work out regularly. Some photos featuring Ram Charan with the Jaika stunt team on the streets of Bangkok were released on the Internet on Wednesday. The pictures have gone viral on social networking sites within hours of release.
Ram Charan, who is basking in the success of his recent release "Govindudu Andarivadele" will be seen romancing two actresses Rakul Preet Singh and Kriti Kharbanda in "My Name is Raju", which is being produced by DVV Danayya under the banner DVV Entertainments.
S Thaman is composing music for the film, while Manoj Paramahamsa will handle cinematography.
"My Name is Raju" was launched at a grand opening ceremony held in Hyderabad on 5 March, 2015. The film unit began its regular shooting on 16 March. The makers of the film have planned to release it worldwide on 15 October, 2015. Sources from the production team claim that Ram Charan will surely win the hearts of viewers with his performance as a stylish and perfect stunt master.
