Actress Rakul Preet Singh has started shooting for her next Telugu movie, "Dhruva," today, even as Ram Charan got late in reaching the sets of the remake of "Thani Oruvan" due to traffic jam.
Rakul Preet Singh had taken a brief break from films after the release of "Sardaar Gabbar Singh," which had bombed at the box office. Now, she is all excited to work with Ram Charan once again after "Bruce Lee: The Fighter," which is one of the biggest disasters of 2016.
Soon after reaching the sets of "Dhruva," Rakul Preet Singh took a selfie with her stylist, Geetika Chadha, and shared her excitement about the shooting by posting the photo on her Twitter account. The actress also wrote, "Day 1 #Dhruva ..super excited!Cheers 2 R first film 2gether @geetikachadha #lights #camera #action #passion."
On the other hand, Ram Charan took to his Facebook account to inform his fans that he was late in reaching the sets of "Dhruva" due to heavy traffic on the way. He posted a couple of photos featuring him in the middle of the traffic and wrote, "Peak hour traffic... Late to shoot. 'It doesn't matter how ur day STARTED..It's abt how u END it...;) good day!!! ‪#‎Dhruva ‪#‎happymorning."
"Dhruva," an action thriller film, is an official remake of the blockbuster Tamil movie, "Thani Oruvan." Ram Charan and Rakul Preet Singh are playing the lead roles, while Aravind Swamy appears as a baddie, a role he also essayed in the original movie.
