Actress Rakul Preet Singh has walked out of Mahesh Babu's "Brahmotsavam" to focus on Ram Charan and Junior NTR's upcoming movies. Kajal Aggarwal has replaced her.
Getting an offer to star alongside superstar Mahesh Babu is considered a dream coming true by many actresses. Rakul Preet Singh also thought so, when she was offered "Brahmotsavam".
But unfortunately, she is not able to work with Prince.
Rakul Preet Singh is currently busy with the shooting of Ram Charan's next movie. After wrapping it up, she will be busy with Junior NTR-Sukumar's forthcoming movie, leaving her with no dates to spare for Mahesh Babu's "Brahmotsavam".
The actress told The Times of India that she won't feature in Mahesh Babu's "Brahmotsavam".
"I really wanted to act with Mahesh Babu, but the filmmakers wanted to me to start shooting for the film in July. I'm presently shooting for my next with Ram Charan and am poised to join the sets of NTR's next with Sukumar. Managing my dates was a huge problem and I had no choice," Rakul said.
Apart from Ram Charan and Junior NTR's movies, Rakul Preet has another big-ticket film for shoot. Directed by Boyapati Srinu, the movie features the actress alongside stylish star Allu Arjun. She is all excited to work with Bunny.
"That's one film I'm really looking forward to. Allu Arjun is one of my favourite stars in the industry and thanks to director Boyapati Srinu I was able to adjust my dates for the film that will kick off in September," Rakul said.
Reports suggest that the makers of "Bramhotsavam" have approached Kajal Aggarwal after Rakul walked out of the project. The actress has consented to work and she will play the role which was supposed to be essayed by Rakul.
Directed by "1: Nenokkadine" fame Srikanth Addala, "Bramhotsavam" features three heroines and their roles are said to be crucial for the movie. Along with Kajal, Samantha is a new addition to the cast of the film. Pranitha Subhash is playing one of the three female leads.
