Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh expressed his eagerness to watch the recent mega release "Baahubali - the Beginning" (Bahubali), film's lead actor Prabhas said after meeting the senior BJP leader recently.
In fact, the minister himself confirmed the news about his meeting with Prabhas and his actor uncle Krishnam Raju, who is also a BJP member, thorugh posts on social networking sites Twitter and Facebook. In his posts, Singh also said he looked forward to watching Bahubali.

"Baahubali - the Beginning", which released on 10 July, has become a huge success, both critically and commercially. The movie has not only been widely appreciated by the common audience, but also by filmmakers and stars across the film industry, who heaped lavish praises on SS Rajamouli and his team for taking the Indian cinema to international level.
Many politicians also watched "Baahubali - the Beginning" and lauded the work of the film unit. The Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, EL Narasimhan, AP Chief Minster Chandrababu Naidu, Telangana Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy are some of the political leaders who have watched and appreciated the movie.
"Baahubali - the Beginning" is a mega-budget period movie, which throws light on several interesting aspects of ancient India -- respect for women, sacrifice of animal and other practices of Hinduism featured in Sanskrit scriptures. It also showcases ancient Indian architecture and war strategy Trishula Vyuha.
