New Delhi, Sept 17 (ANI): Slamming the Samajwadi Party, BJP President Rajnath Singh on Tuesday said that the State government in Uttar Pradesh was responsible for Muzaffarnagar violence. He also lashed out at the Centre for not acting on time.
