"PK"-fame Sanjay Dutt was seen with wife Manyata and kids at the special screening of the film, which was especially organised for the actor.
Director Rajkumar Hirani hosted the screening for Dutt as he was in jail when the movie was released. Currently, the actor is out on parole after spending 18 months in jail in connection with the 1993 Mumbai blast case. He is sentenced to five years in prison but the court sanctioned his furlough for 14 days which has raised many eyebrows.
Director Hirani, Dutt with his family, Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Aamir Khan attended the screening. Dutt has a pivotal role in "PK" and was happy to watch it with his friends and family.
Hirani "PK" was a big hit this Christmas and gained a lot of appreciation from the audience. Though similar to Akshay Kumar-Paresh Rawal's "OMG -- Oh My God!", it has been presented in a very fine manner.
Now, Hirani is working on Dutt's biopic in which Ranbir Kapoor has been chosen to play the lead. It seems Dutt is aware about it and the two will discuss about the film in these 14 days.
