The teaser of Rajinikanth-starrer "Kabali" will hit the Internet with a bang next month. Now, the latest buzz says that it might be attached to Ilayathalapathy Vijay's "Theri," which will hit screens April 14 for the Tamil New Year.
Behindwoods reports that there is a possibility of "Kabali" teaser being attached to "Theri" as both the films are being produced by the same producer, Kalaipuli S Dhanu. The industry experts feel that it is a brilliant idea, which could drive the audience crazy in theatres.
Coming to the teaser release of "Kabali," the original plan was to release it in March. But it has been delayed for some reasons and the latest buzz says that the video will be out in April. Editor Praveen KL is working on it and he is expected to wrap it up soon.
"Kabali" is written and directed Pa Ranjith. The movie, which has Radhika Apte in the female lead role, is likely to hit the screens simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu by the end of May or June. Rajinikanth will be seen as an ageing gangster.
On the other hand, the audio of Vijay-starrer "Theri" will be out March 20. The makers have confirmed the news Friday, March 11. It will be followed by the trailer release, which is likely to be out in the first week of April.
"Theri" is an action-thriller, written and directed by Atlee Kumar. Vijay will be seen as a cop in the flick, in which Samantha and Amy Jackson are playing the female lead roles.
