Aishwarya Dhanush and Soundarya Ashwin, the two daughters of Rajinikanth, are set to make a movie on his life. Yes, the superstar's family is planning to come up with a biopic on the actor, who is basking in the success of his latest movie "Kabali."
Soundarya has confirmed the news to Bollywood Hungama and said that the movie will be based on a book written by her younger sister Aishwarya Dhanush. She previously said that the idea of making a film on Rajinikanth has been with them for some time now.
"There are certain areas of his life that no one knows about. We want to put that also in the film. As a daughter and his devoted fan, I love watching him on screen. And would love to see a film on him," the website quotes Soundarya as saying.
Apart from revealing interesting and unknown facts about Rajinikanth, the biopic will throw light on his journey from a bus conductor to the stardom in South India. It will be an inspirational story conveying that a man can achieve anything with his hard work and commitment.
Soundarya and Aishwarya are expected to jointly direct the movie. While the former had made her directorial debut in "Kochadaiiyaan," the later has directed two films ("3" and "Vai Raja Vai").
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth's "Kabali" has turned out to be a hit at the Tamil Nadu box office. The Pa Ranjith-directorial has performed well in Tamil Nadu and in few centres overseas. The movie made with the budget of Rs. 100 crore has grossed over Rs. 300 crore worldwide.
