Superstar Rajinikanth's "2.0" (Endhiran 2) and SS Rajamouli's "Baahubali 2" (Bahubali 2), which went on floors yesterday (Wednesday) and today (Thursday), respectively, have taken social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook by storm.

Different hashtags related to "2.0" and "Baahubali 2" have been creating ripples on Twitter and Facebook. Two of these hashtags have made it to the list of top 10 trending topics. #AkshayInRobot2 has landed in the second place in the list, while #Baahubali2Begins graced the third spot.

Superstar Rajinikanth's "2.0" is said to be a sequel to Shankar's blockbuster movie "Endhiran". Rumours about this big-ticket film have been doing rounds on the net quite for some time now. The makers have finally put all speculation to rest by kick-starting the shooting in Chennai on 16 December. The film is expected to release in theatres across the globe in 2017.

The huge success of "Endhiran" has piqued viewers' expectations about its sequel. The audience are all eager and excited to see the magic of Rajinikanth and Shankar on screen again. What has added to their curiosity is the casting of Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar, who is set to play a negative role in "2.0".

"Baahubali: The Beginning" ended abruptly, leaving the audience wondering why Kattappa killed Baahubali, which has now become the million-dollar question. Millions of film-goers are eagerly waiting to see its second part, titled "Baahubali: The Conclusion".

It was reported earlier that the film unit would start shooting for "Baahubali: The Conclusion" at special sets in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad on 15 December. Film buffs across the globe went crazy and began sharing their excitement about the film.
