Here is some news that will surprise all Rajinikanth fans.
The rumour mill is abuzz with the latest news that superstar Rajinikanth is all set to do an item number for Bollywood's Mr Perfect.
The South Indian legend will be seen gyrating to the tunes of an item number in Bollywood actor Aamir Khan's much-anticipated movie "Talaash."
Speculations are also rife that the "Robot" star has charged a whopping ₹150 million for this song which will reportedly be shot in 50 locations across 200 countries. The song is also said to feature several bigwigs from the film industry besides politicians and cricket legends.
It looks like Aamir Khan is desperate to share the screen space with Rajinikanth. It was earlier reported saying that Khan had expressed his willingness to act with the superstar in another upcoming movie "Dhoom 3," wherein he plays the villain.
A source had told DNA that "Aamir has always been an ardent admirer of the superstar, and would also like to share screen space with him, as other A-listers have before him."
Rajinikanth, who is fondly called as "Thalaivar" by his fans in Tamil Nadu, is currently working in a Tamil animation film titled "Kochadaiyaan" which is directed by his daughter Soundarya Ashwin.
This will be the actor's first full-fledged film after he was deemed fit following his treatment in Singapore for his renal failure last year.
"Talaash" is a psychological thriller written and directed by Reema Kagti. Aamir turns to action after a long period since "Ghajini" was released in 2008. Aamir plays a cop in this new film.
Besides Aamir, the film also features actors Kareena Kapoor, Rani Mukherjee, Rajkumar Yadav, Shernaz Patel and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
The film which was due for a release on June 1 was pushed for a later date by Aamir as the release timing clashed with his debut TV venture "Satyamev Jayate". The film is now likely to hit theatres either on November 30 or December 7.
The film's teaser which was released in January has already created much hype amongst Aamir's fans.
