Ramya's comeback movie Nagarahavu is all set to hit screens this Friday, October 14. It is also being simultaneously released in Tamil (Shivanagam) and Telugu (Nagabharanam). Now, the latest buzz is that superstar Rajinikanth is going watch the movie.

Reports say that Rajinikanth is curious to see how his late friend Vishnuvardhan has been brought to life through graphics in the film. As a result, the makers have reportedly arranged for a special screening of the movie. But it is not clear whether he will watch the original Kannada flick or the dubbed Kollywood version.

Rajinikanth shared good friendship with Vishnuvardhan. In fact, the Tamil superstar had once said that it was the Kannada star, who had suggested Rajini to shift base to Kollywood during his struggling days.

Coming to Nagarahavu, the movie has generated a lot of buzz as Vishnuvardhan has been created using cutting-edge technology. The makers spent Rs 15 crore to create Vishnu's portion, which lasts for nine minutes. The trailer and teaser have garnered positive reviews and expectations are riding high on the multilingual flick.

Nagarahavu stars Ramya and Diganth in the lead roles and has been written and directed by Kodi Ramakrishna of Telugu blockbuster film Arundhati fame. Saikumar, Rajesh Vivek, Sadhu Kokila, Mukul Dev, Ravi Kale and others are in the cast. Challenging star Darshan has done a cameo in the film, which has turned out to be one of the major attractions.

Sajid Qureshi-produced film, which has Gurukiran's music, Venu's cinematography and Jony Harsha's editing, is made on a budget of Rs 40 crore.
