There is some bad news for superstar Rajinikanth's Chennai fans. Speculations are rife in the tinsel town that the acting legend might move out of Chennai to his new home in Coimbatore.
Rajinikanth is planning to shift to his bungalow, which is said to be near the Dayanandha Saraswathi Ashram in Coimbatore. The actor is reportedly seeking some peace of mind, and it seems he truly believes that if he stays near the ashram he may get what he requires, according to the entertainment news website Behindwoods.
Rajini's bungalow in Coimbatore is said to have become a must-see spot for the locals.
It is a known fact that Rajinikanth visits the Himalayas every year to take a break from work and get some rest. He is a staunch believer in God and visits the Baba temple in the Himalayas at least once a year. He also reportedly stays in the cave of the Baba Temple for a couple of weeks to meditate.
Hence, Rajini's decision to move near an ashram for peace and quiet doesn't come as a surprise. While his Chennai fans may be disappointed with the news, Rajini's Coimbatore fans will definitely be elated to hear the news.
The superstar, who was treated in Singapore for his alleged renal failure last year, is fit and fine now. The actor recently kickstarted his new project on the Tamil animation film titled "Kochadaiyaan," directed by his daughter Soundarya Ashwin under the supervision of renowned director KS Ravikumar.
The film is said to be the first in India to use a motion capturing technique in 3D similar to the likes of Hollywood films like "Avatar" and "The Adventure of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn."
Deepika Padukone will be Rajini's heroine in the film and Oscar winner A.R. Rahman will score the music. After Kochadaiyaan, Rajinikanth will star in a historical action film "Rana."
