Kanpur, Nov 17 (ANI): The Congress on Sunday claimed that Rural Development Minister Jairam Ramesh had only opined that the statement made by Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi shouldn't have been made the way it was made. Ramesh had agreed that Rahul should apologize for his remarks on ISI getting in touch with Muzaffarnagar riot-hit youth. However, he had also said that Rahul is secular to the core and that no one can doubt his credentials in the matter.
