New Delhi, Feb 26 (ANI): Talking about the Rail Budget 2015-16, Minister of State for Railways, Manoj Sinha said on Thursday that the budget is not made on the basis of political differences or preferences. He said that the budget is directed towards the needs and requirements of the Railways. He also said that the ministry has given special emphasis to cleanliness and women safety among other things.
