Chattisgarh, April 9 (ANI): With an aim to woo voters of Chattisgarh, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday while addressing a rally in Balod district highlighted the achievements of Congress Party. Gandhi also gave an insight to the future plans of the Party if it comes to power. Gandhi further slammed the Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi saying that BJP posters speak about women empowerment but in Gujarat women’s phones are tapped and police is made to chase them.
