New Delhi, Jan 31 (ANI): While reaching out to labour representatives to seek their feedback for the party manifesto for the upcoming 2014 elections, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi said that the objective of his party was to uplift 700 million skilled labourers to middle-class level. Gandhi said the opinions of the labour groups would be incorporated while deciding the manifesto of the Congress party. Earlier, Gandhi vowed to uplift the condition of country's 700 million labourers, promising a better life to this section on given an opportunity to form the government after the national polls due before May.
