"Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi" actress Radhika Madan's reel-life is all set to enter a happy phase, but off-screen she may be in a bit of trouble.
According to one of Tellychakkar's sources, the actress was injured in a freak accident and was then rushed to a hospital. The actress was petting her dog when he bit her in the eye resulting in an injury.
"Radhika was having a fun time with her pet when he suddenly bit her. The girl rushed to the hospital to get medication for the same. She injured her eyes in the accident, but is now doing fine. And the lady has refrained from shooting for a day or two and is taking rest," the insider further elaborated.
Radhika confirmed the news saying she has been recuperating at her Mumbai home.
So that was probably why she was seen sporting a stylish pair of aviators at the ITA Awards 2015 red carpet. She walked away with the Best Newcomer (Female) Award at the show and her co-star Shakti Arora too won a trophy for Youth Icon (Male).
In other news, Radhika's show now has Ritika (Smriti Khanna) trying her best to flee the scene after Ranveer (Shakti) has successfully debunked the lies she told over the months.
