Bengalis around the globe are celebrating Rabindra Jayanti 2017 on Tuesday, in remembrance of the birth anniversary of legendary poet and writer Rabindranath Tagore. Rabindra Jayanti is also called 25 Boishakh, since it is celebrated on the 25th day of the month of Boishakh as per Bengali calendar.
