Surbhi Jyoti, the lead actress of Zee TV's "Qubool Hai", met with an accident last weekend.
The actress is said to have had a bad fall on the sets of her show and suffered a head injury. She was immediately rushed to the hospital after she lost quite a lot of blood.
Surbhi is currently recovering from the mishap. "Surbhi is under medical care now, and sports a bandage covering her wound," a source told Telly Chakkar.
The gorgeous actress later shared a picture on instagram, where she is seen with a bandage on her forehead. Later her friend Nia Sharma, who plays the female lead role in "Jamai Raja", posted a picture with the injured actress and "Indian Idol Junior" host Asha Negi.
Meanwhile, "Qubool Hai" is taking a 20-year leap and will have a fresh story, possibly a love triangle with new characters. Lead actor Karanvir Bohra (Aahil) who has quit the show, will be replaced by "Beintehaa" actor Harshad Arora.
Harshad will be seen romancing Surbhi, who will play the character Mahira post the generation leap.
Recently, the entire team of "Qubool Hai" organised a farewell party for Karanvir, who wrapped up his last day's shoot.
