Vijay, who is busy with "Puli", is reportedly ready to join hands with notable actor and director Sasikumar.
Recent reports suggest that Sasikumar met Vijay recently to discuss the movie. The former reportedly narrated the script to the latter and the "Velayudham" star was happy with the storyline.
It is said that the production of the movie is likely to commence later next year. It is not confirmed whether they will team up for Vijay's 60th or 61st film. Before starting this film, they have to complete their other commitments.
At this stage, Vijay is fully occupied with his next movie "Puli" that is being directed by Chimbudevan. It is a fantasy adventure project featuring Sudeep, Shruti Haasan, Hansika Motwani and Sridevi in key roles. The flick is likely to be wrapped up in the next few months.
Once Vijay completes "Puli", he will kick-start another project that will be directed by Atlee Kumar. An action-thriller, it will be produced by Kalaipuli S Dhanu.
On the other end, Sasikumar is busy with "Tharai Thappattai" that is being directed by National Award winning director Bala. The movie features Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the female lead role and Satish Kaushik in a key role.
It is only after the completion of this project, Sasikumar will be able to concentrate on his movie with Vijay.
