Legendary filmmaker Daggubati Ramanaidu is no more. The entire south Indian film fraternity has arrived in Hyderabad to pay tributes to the late producer, who passed away on Wednesday, 18 February.
The cremation of renowned film producer will be held on Thursday afternoon in Hyderabad.
Ramanaidu's body was shifted to Ramanaidu Studios and later to his residence so that friends and family can pay their last respects to the producer.
The family of late NT Rama Rao, including N. T. Rama Rao Jr, his father Nandamuri Harikrishna and brother Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, with whom the late producer had a close relationship, have also arrived to pay tributes to the legendary filmmaker.
The Dadasaheb Phalke Award winner and Padma Bhushan awardee had earlier produced three of NTR's films, including "Ramudu Bheemudu" (1964), "Sri Krishna Tulabharam" (1966) and "Stree Janma" (1967).
For quite sometime now, Ramanaidu was undergoing treatment for prostate cancer.
