Bengaluru Bulls take on U Mumba in their seventh league game of the Pro Kabaddi season 4 on Friday at the Patliputra Sports Complex in Patna. The Bangalore-based outfit are currently above the season 2 champions in the league table.
With three wins and three defeats, U Mumba haven't yet entered the top four as they await good performances in the eight remaining league games to enter the knockout stages of Pro Kabaddi for the fourth-consecutive season.
Bengaluru Bulls, on the other hand, have three wins, two losses and a draw and currently are fourth with 19 points. They come into the game at the back of a defeat against defending champions Patna Pirates, but the morale-boosting victory they earned against rivals Telugu Titans in Hyderabad in their second last game is expected to give them that much-needed confidence.
U Mumba, meanwhile, come into the game at the back of a defeat against the Titans.
A win on Friday is really crucial for both the teams in order to get a strong hold in the top four spot. The likes of Anup Kumar, Rakesh Kumar and Rishank Devadiga need to be at the best of their form to get a favourable result, while the Bulls should depend on Rohit Kumar, who has been superb for the team so far.
