The wedding rumours of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas has now began to spread like wildfire in the industry. Earlier, the couple sparked engagement rumours when they were spotted wearing identical golden rings during their outing. In fact, Priyanka has also ringed in her 36th birthday with Nick away from her home, family and loved ones in London last night. And it looks like Priyanka's mother has already given her nod to her daughter's relationship with the pop singer and probably ready to take it to the next level.
While there is a strong buzz that Priyanka and Nick are going to tie the knot soon, Madhu Chopra too didn't deny it when she was asked whether she was serious about her daughter's marriage. Interestingly, she counter-questioned a journalist who quizzed her about Priyanka and Nick's marriage plans, "Are you serious?' If you are, then we'll also get serious about it."
According to reports, Nick, 25, is madly in love with Priyanka, 25, and had made special plans to celebrate her birthday. In a throwback interview, Nick had revealed that why he prefers dating older women. On Andy Cohen's show, Nick explained that he is drawn to older women because they know what they want. The musician was earlier linked to Kate Hudson and Delta Goodrem, who was 13 and 8 years older than him.
A few days ago, Priyanka had confessed that she and Nick are getting to know each other. She also said that Nick had a great time in India and really enjoyed his visit.
Last night, Priyanka and Nick were spotted on a double date with Joe Jonas and his fiance Sophie Turner in London. Kevin Jonas, elder brother of Nick and Joe, also accompanied them during their outing.
If reports are to be believed, Nick has planned to take Priyanka to her favourite beach destination to ring in her 36th birthday and spend some quality time together.
When Priyanka was recently asked about her ideal date night, she said it's important for two people to be themselves and should be able to get to know each other and not indulging in some activity together.
"I wouldn't want a date night in an activity. That's not a date. That's a thing you do together, but date night is important to have two people be themselves and be able to spend time together and still love each other," Priyanka told People.
She further added, "Date night for me would be someone being thoughtful about the person they care about and being with them."
