Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra is in the news as she is reportedly in talks to bag another international project after her American television series "Quantico". The actress is said to be in talks to feature in the film "Baywatch" alongside Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron.
While no official announcements have been made on the same yet, if she does get cast in the film it will be her debut in the Hollywood film industry, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Priyanka has already made India proud by winning a People's Choice Award for "Quantico".
The "Baywatch" offer will allow the actress to show her acting skills on the silver screen on international level as well. She will reportedly play the part of villain in "Baywatch", which was a television series in the 1990s about California lifeguards.
In the movie, produced by Paramount Pictures, Johnson will play the leader of an elite group of lifeguards and Efron will be seen as a young hotshot former Olympian.
Chopra, as of now, is hesitant to sign any projects -- Bollywood and Hollywood -- because of her American TV series. But audience from around the world would love to see the diva in a Hollywood film. Meanwhile, she will next be seen in Bollywood movie "Jai Gangaajal" which is directed by Prakash Jha.
The former Miss World captured millions of hearts last year with her brilliant performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's "Bajirao Mastani", which also featured Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. Even, her close friend and co-star Deepika is in news for bagging a Hollywood film "XXX: The Return of Xander Cage" opposite Vin Diesel.
