Priyanka Chopra has done a number of love-making scenes in Bollywood and American TV series "Quantico," but the actress says that she doesn't like doing such bold scenes. PeeCee finds it awkward to shoot such scenes with so many people around.
"No, I don't like my own love scenes. There's so awkward. I hate doing them. They are just awkward, you know. With 500 people watching you and it's just you got to make it look real and intimate. I hate that," Priyanka told W magazine when asked about her favourite love scene.
Revealing her favourite love scene, the "Baywatch" actress said, "My favourite? It's really cheesy. And don't laugh. It's not a love scene, but Pocahontas and John Smith from Pocahontas."
"It really made me want to believe in love stories that last. I mean, poor John Smith and Pocahontas, having to fight with her dad and say he's a good guy. When they did Colors of the Wind together; to me that was a love scene," she added.
While Priyanka has been busy shooting for "Quantico" season 2, the actress is ready to make her Hollywood debut with "Baywatch." She will be seen playing a negative character in the film. Talking about the movie, Priyanka revealed that the role was actually meant for a male actor.
"They were speaking to me about playing one of the lifeguards in the film 'Baywatch' and I had a Skype call with Seth Gordon (director), which was supposed to be 15 minute and it ended up being 2 hours," Priyanka said.
"The character that I am playing, which is the antagonist in 'Baywatch,' was written for a man, and then he just changed it and thought that a woman would be really interesting and I ended up playing Victoria. It was without an audition this time, which is great for me because that makes me nervous," she added.
"Baywatch" features Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron among others, and is slated to be released on May 17, 2017.
