With just one more episode to go before the unmasking of Charles aka A, there is a lot of excitement surrounding ABC's "Pretty Little Liars", and on Thursday executive producer Marlene King took to Twitter to answer a few questions regarding the finale entitled "Game Over, Charles."
According to the official synopsis of the episode, fans will finally learn the answers to a lot of questions that have been plaguing the show since the first season.
Answers to who killed Toby's mother, who hit Alison in the head the night she went missing, who killed Bethany, and the real identities of Red Coat and Black Widow will be revealed in the midseason finale.
The Liars will also learn why A has been torturing them all these years.
"U will see Charles. U will hear Charles. U will know Charles. As the PLLs discover A's story, so will you," King tweeted. "The finale is jam packed with answers. Only one hour though," she added.
She also noted that next week's episode entitled "Last Dance" is a crucial one.
Responding to a query on if Charles is a some random character, King tweeted: "Charles IS NOT a random guy."
In the meantime, spoilers doing the rounds have been hinting at an Emison scene in the next episode, and King admitted the same during her Twitter chat. "There is always Emison. Just like Ezria. They are part of the fabric of the show," she wrote.
The penultimate episode before the summer finale will see the mothers of the Liars throwing the girls a party as they have been banned from attending Rosewood High School's prom night due to security reasons.
"At first reluctant, the PLLs agree and try to make the best out of a bad situation. But one to never miss a formal, Charles has other plans in store to make this a night they will never forget.
"Meanwhile, Veronica, Pam, Ashley and Ella use prom night to touch base on everything that has happened to their daughters," the synopsis read.
"Pretty Little Liars" airs Tuesdays on ABC Family.
