President of India Ram Nath Kovind has been admitted to Army Hospital (R&R) in New Delhi following chest discomfort on Friday morning, March 26.
Prez's condition is now stable
In a statement on Friday, the Army's Research and Referral (R&R) Hospital in New Delhi said President Ram Nath Kovind visited the hospital after he complained of chest discomfort. The President underwent routine tests and is now under observation, the hospital added.
"President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind visited Army Hospital (R&R) in New Delhi following chest discomfort this morning. He is undergoing routine check-ups and is under observation. His condition is stable," a medical bulletin by Army R&R Hospital said.
